Caring for Our Community

As a community-based hospital, Sutter Solano sponsors and participates in numerous health events, supports many health care initiatives and provides charity care for those in need.

In 2007, Sutter Solano invested $14.8 million back into our community. Some of these community-based services included:

• Sustaining the commitment to our community-based mission of providing care to the underserved and uninsured by proudly providing more than $13.9 million in charity care
• Supporting the Partnership HealthPlan of California and the Solano Coalition for Better Health
• Providing community education lectures, support groups, health screenings and fairs, general health information and leadership participation in community activities
