    Clinical Trials
    Sutter Solano Medical Center

If you or a family member is diagnosed with cancer, Sutter Health wants you to be well informed about the diagnosis and any clinical trials that may be available to assist in your cancer treatment options. Choosing to participate in a clinical trial is a personal and sometimes difficult decision, and is always voluntary.

Sutter Solano Medical Center offers a wide array of National Cancer Institute (NCI) sponsored clinical trials to assist our physicians in determining the best treatment options. Various types of cancers are included in our program such as brain, breast, colorectal, head and neck, lung, melanoma, multiple myeloma, ovarian, pancreas, prostate and urinary cancers. Sutter Health works through multiple cooperative groups through NCI, including but not limited to Southwest Oncology Group, Eastern Oncology Group and Radiation Therapy Oncology Group that deal with chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy protocols.
